How did i miss this??? this happened in 2005..in rajasthan..i googled for this after watching " who wants to be a millionaire?" (this was a question from the show)

apparently,in our india we can not kiss, a court in rajasthan ruled kissing your wife is " act of indecency" with a fine upto 1000/-rs or 10 days in jail !!!
