black outs !!!
planned , power cuts are back again !!!! hurray ..happy times are here again...
remember the good old days, when people had to plan on timmings with power outages to throw parties and stuff ? guess, we are back to those dark ages..
some localities have power outages for 4 hours !!!
atleast at those times, we used to have outages in summer (as a good portion of power generation in hyderabad, is hydro power ) but this time, its in mansoon season....are we missing naidu yet ???
