DEO's brilliant Idea !!!
well..."state of our hyderabad" , and our valued education system...this is hyderbad ppl...we are talking about the " CYBERABAD"...ok..state of our education..we have the BEST education system..in the whole wide world..cause we have District Education Officer's like these...
problem:
girls high school with out toilets... most girls prefer to stay home...to make it more intresting, new laws mandates schools to run from 8:30 to 3:30..
solution: DEO, comes up with this idea, pondering shift system (schools running less hours) for such schools , which do not have toilets !!!!
how about constructing them duh !!!
whats really sick is government sanctioned 33 lakhs for this school !!!
how can we still boast about and act as if nothing is wrong with our education system ?
